Motorcycles have the same rights and obligations as all other motor vehicles. Where conditional parking is offered for motorcycles, the conditions of the parking space must be followed. The vehicle must be parked in a marked/designated space and the driver pays the parking fee where required.

The parking conditions are the same for mopeds, motorcycles and four-wheeled mopeds as for other vehicles, and no exemption from payment or permission to park outside of marked areas is granted.

NB: If a designated motorcycle space is not available, the driver must park the vehicle in a parking space subject to a charge, cf. parking regulations § 31, 2nd paragraph.
