Pricing model – Stavanger Parking

Car parks	Price is calculated per half hour (30 min) started. Example: if you park for 50 min = 2 half hours = 2 × half hour price.
On-street parking	Hourly rate. Payment at the machine or app BEFORE you drive out. No camera recognition (FreeFlow).
Daily price (max)	Applies ONLY to continuous parking without exit. New entry = new parking period.
FreeFlow payment	Automatic camera recognition of license plate numbers. Payment via app or PayLater within 48 hours.
Other payment methods	Payment machine on site, EasyPark (+15%, min NOK 4.95), ParkLink (+10%, min NOK 4.95), Invoice (+NOK 12.50).
Electric car discount	Electric cars pay 80% of the regular price (20% discount). Applies to all parking garages.
